Tasmanië is voor Australië wellicht vergelijkbaar met de wijnen uit Bourgogne....
Proefnotitie: Tonen van rijpe nectarine, perzik en oranjebloesem die de fijne citrustonen complimenteren in deze Chardonnay. De smaak is genereus en zacht, met een mondgevoel van rijpe fruitsmaken. Gerijpt op Frans eikenhout. Complex en een lange frisse afdronk.
Wijn-Spijs: Miso-doordrenkte pulled chicken met ramen(noodles) en gebakken maïs of polenta-taart van prei en geroosterde cherrytomaatjes.
